 To All.

We hope you are enjoying this season.

RACE NIGHT:  We are holding a race night on Saturday 1st December 2007 at The Half Moon & Spread Eagle, Winchester Road, Micheldever, Winchester. 8pm start. Owners, Trainers and Jockeys are available for only £2.00 if you would like to become a Owner, Trainer or Jockey please see Michelle on the night before 8pm. It is cash tote betting on the night, children are allowed to bet but if they win an adult must claim the prize. Everyone are more than welcome to come along even if they are not members of the club.
I would like to say a big thank - you to Symes Engineering who have very kindly donated £150 towards the cost of the night.

TESCO VOUCHERS:  We are collecting Sport for Schools and Clubs vouchers, which Tescos have now finished giving out,can everyone please collect them in from families and friends and hand them into Michelle by middle of December 2007.

STAFF vs PARENTS: We are holding a Staff vs Parents match on Saturday 8th December 2007 after the boys match. The kick off will be at 12ish. All parents who want to take part can you please let Michelle know asap.

BOYS UNDER 11's:  Reminder about your kit. Please make sure when playing at home you wear your navy shorts & socks and when playing away you wear your black shorts & socks. Can you also please make sure that at the end of each match you hand your shirts into Colin.

RECRUITING:  We are now recruiting for players for the season 2008/2009. For the following teams - Mixed Under 10's, Boys Under 12's. Girls Under 14's and Girls Under 18's. If you know of anyone who would like to join please get them to contact Michelle on 01962 774573. They are welcome to come along to training on Monday evenings, as soon as we get the full amount of players in the team, we will arrange some friendlies for them.

 TUCK SHOP:  Michelle is doing tuck shop this season for when the boys matches are at home to raise money for the club. But next season Michelle won't be able to due to running the girls team. So we are looking for volunteers to help with it. Anyone who is interested please let Michelle know.

 MICHELDEVER TOURNAMENT:  We are hopefully going to hold a tournament on 10th May 2008. The tournamentwill be held for all the teams that we have at the time. We need volunteers to help with running the tuck shop & bbq, if anyone is able to help can they please let Michelle know. If weather is bad we have arranged to postpone it to Saturday 17th May 2008.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:  We will be holding it on 27th July 2008, time and venue to be arranged. We hope that everyone can make it.

WEB SITE:  As you can see the web site is now completely up and running, Michelle will be updating it every week with results and any other news that needs to go on. If anyone wants anything else on the web site can you please disguss it with Michelle and she will look into it.

CHRISTMAS BREAK:  The last training date before christmas will be Monday 10th December. The boys have a match on Saturday 15th December which after then they break up. Training starts back on Monday 7th January 2008 at the usual time of  7 - 8pm.
