Meeting Minutes

Meeting opened at 1930hrs.

Attended: Michelle Hide, Sam Dean, Colin Brandrick, Paul Brett, John Warren, Allison Warren, Toni Warren, Darren Mears, Lee Elkins and  Chris May.

Agree Minutes of last AGM: Minutes of last AGM agreed by Chris May and Paul Brett.

Subs for coming season: Michelle explained the club would  be charging a £10 signing on fee. Also rather than weekly subs invoices will be sent out every 3 months. Monday training will be staying free of charge. Everyone present agreed. Was brought up about discount for siblings.

Teams for coming season: Michelle explained we will not  be running a Girls under 16's due to not enough players, Under 10 boys will be going ahead as we have 14 players, and we are also running a girls Under 18's. Boys tournament to be arranged as was cancelled due to lack of teams entered.

Date Traing Starts: Training starts back on Saturday 25th August, 10 - 11.30am. The committee explained that there must be 100% attendance, if a player don't  attend training will start on bench at next match unless prior notice given. Monday training starting on 3rd September 7 - 8 pm.

League's Start: Michelle informed everyone league matches  start on 8th September.

A.O.B: Michelle asked for all kit to be returned asap. Paul Brett brought up about ref's for season, Michelle and Sam will lookinto it. Michelle asked for any interest in refeering.
There was no other business.
